Is it just a sugar drink or is it actually healthy?

Tons of sugar but it was good for me to be able to keep down and at least have some nutrients

I use to have a can of v8 everyday with my first pregnancy and then one day i had that and a bowl of raisin bran cereal shortly after and then shortly after that both came back up together and i havent touched v8 or raisin bran ever again haha

Looked this exact flavor up on Wally app. 17 g of sugar, 16 g of that are added sugars. If you want a juice without too much sugar, you could always look for no sugar added juices.

Lots of sugar.  Used to be somewhat healthy but not so much anymore.  Better off just eating fruit xx
