CoQ10 success ?

Any one here successfully lowered their FSH using CoQ10 ?

In June of 2020 my levels were on the high side. In November my husband and I got serious about ttc and started taking

And as of last week all of my blood work came back normal and have a clean  bill of health as far as ttc. I turned 40 in October and we are ttc our 4th and final child. I am going to continue with the two above and see what the next few months bring but I feel like both have helped me! 😉
