If minimum wage is set at $15/hr, what is your expectation of your own income?
If you currently make minimum wage then the claim is that you will see an increase to $15 over time. This seems fairly straight forward.
If you are in a position where you started at minimum wage, but have had wage increases or promotions that currently pay $13-14, do you expect your income to adjust to $15, or are you expecting a larger increase to compensate to the amount you are already paid above the current minimum?
If you already make over $15/hr do you anticipate an adjustment to compensate you for your ‘greater then entry level’ skill set? Or do you expect no change?
Are you a manager or business owner with employees making under $15 currently? What do you expect will be part of the strategy to increase wages in your situation?
