I had sex today and an hour later i took this test. Does it look fairly close to being positive? I know that sperm lives inside for about 3 days. And I know this isn’t quite positive. This is however, the highest ovulation test I’ve ever had. My OB said i should’ve ovulated by Thursday at the latest so i stopped testing. But my cervix felt low and I thought “what the hell?” And took this test.

I’m asking because my husband and i work a lot and I’m afraid we will miss our window. So if we did it today, would you think our chances are fair? I know its not an exact guess but any thoughts would be great!

Update. I took another one an hour after the first one and it doesn’t look as dark? So is it possible i missed my surge?
