Hi all,

Lots of advice out there on weaning, literally read every link on the first three pages of google. Lots of advice on best practice, and changing food groups every 3-5 days.

However, none of them actually give you a specific food to try your baby on first.

I want some advice / guidance on which specific food I should start my baby on first. Anyone got any recommendations or ideas?

Blended broccoli? Carrot? Sweet potato? Apple? Pear? Avocado?

Again I fully understand the practice, just want to know what food is best to begin with.

What actual food do I give her first try and inevitably just spit out on the floor (πŸ˜‚)?
