Kinda shook?

Alina

So i was diagnosed with pcos on February 23rd, so very very recently. My doc wanted me to try keto for 3 months and see if it helped before going for medications. Its literally been 6 days and i just started my first period since AUGUST 2020. So my question is, for those with pcos and have tried keto, how fast did it work for you?

Edit: im also not really strictly doing keto, im just trying to avoid excessive carbs and sugars. Diet instead of regular soda, burgers without buns, no pasta, ect. Its really just low carb and low sugar but ive been mostly eating foods marketed as keto and using a lot of keto guides.
