Can I get a break, leave for a week?!

I want to go somewhere with my husband. Just us. I am so exhausted from this past week. Our dishwasher and dryer broke, I had my third miscarriage, and I’m done. I am emotionally tired and I need a break. I want to get out of town just the two of us. I need a break from reality. Go somewhere where we know no one and no one can contact us unless an emergency. Is that too much to ask for?! In reality we can’t. We have a house, two dogs, and his family can’t go a day without calling one of us. It’s getting to be too much for me. Thanks for letting me vent!
