Stomach Shooting pain/cramp 15weeks

Yesterday I had the most horrendous cramps on the right side of my stomach just above from my hip, like a cramping pain. When I sat down it eased but if i got up to walk it was soo bad. Lasted around 3/4mins. Does this sound like tound ligament pain or something else? Been worried ever since. I have a doppler and listened in late last night and it seemed okay. Has anyone had anything similar happen??
