I just got my first one this morning

I can’t stop crying, I just feel like something is wrong and sick to my stomach. I want to just curl up in bed.

I feel embarrassed and violated despite the nurses and doctor being fine. The thought of having sex with my boyfriend is even making me feel terrible.

I’ve been sexually assaulted before (unwanted touching/advances) but never actually r*ped.

Is this normal??
