7.5 letrozole and trigger, got pregnant first cycle of iui after over a year with no luck

I am doing clomid 100 days 3-7, Menopur 75 units day 7 until peak surge, and then I do progesterone day after IUI. This cycle in adding in an estrogen suppository from day 9 u til peak surge.

I did gonal f injections at 150 mg days 3-5 then 75 mg days 5-7. Triggered with Lupron, did my IUI the next two days back to back. I happened to respond to the injections really well but I think people usually do the injections at a higher dose and for more days.
