New Pregnancy?

So did anybody ever get pregnant right away after a miscarriage? During my 12th week I started spotting and had my ultrasound at 13 weeks and 2 days which was January 25th. I started bleeding heavy and miscarried that week starting the 26th and had clots passed through. My hcg only read 6150 which is between 6-7 weeks when all of this happened so the doctor said it was a blighted ovum. I just took a test Saturday (February 27th) with 4 tests that popped up pregnant right away. Yes I’m going to schedule a doctor appointment. Yes we did have sex which my fiancé did finish in me. I’m just curious about everybody’s opinion. I’ve miscarried before and the hormones always went away within 2 weeks and always got my period 4 weeks after it happened. I have a feeling it’s a new pregnancy. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
