Tips for moving baby into his room early?
My baby is 10 weeks. He has been doing great with slleep thanks to the taking Cara babies program. But I think he's having unnecessary night wakings from sleeping in my husband and my room. It's cold in this room, his cradle makes creeks and so does our bed, the cats mess around in here, the light shines in the window, etc. He used to sleep in the nursery for weeks while I slept on a day bed in there and he takes all his naps in there so hes very comfortable and familiar so that's not what we need tips on. I guess I need more tips on how to handle the transition myself haha I'm a little nervous. I'm not worried about the AAP 6mo-a year recommendation cause the AAP official journal did a follow up study and found no relationship to room sharing and SIDS. I really believe it's whatever is best for the family. And I think it will be better for my baby and my marriage, I'm just scared. I do have a video monitor and a backup sound monitor with temperature reader. What was it like transitioning for you?
