False negative Blood test???

I am 9 days late today. Had a blood test done 6 days ago and it was negative... please advise. I’m losing my 💩

I also had a negative blood test but 41 days late. I stay nauseous and tired. The dr told me premenopausal. I will hope she is wrong. We really want a baby.
