Owlet burn?

I am not sure what this could be on my son's foot. He does use the owlet sock but it never seems to bother him.  Anyone else use the owlet and have this happen to their baby's foot?

I don’t think it’s from the owlet my son uses the owlet whenever he’s asleep and never had this on him to me if it was from that it would be on the side of the foot. My son has marks from him grabbing his feet all the time.

I’m not sure if this will help calm you down about the owlet but my baby has marks like that on his feet from his toenails rubbing on his other foot and from grabbing his feet and scratching them with his fingernails

NICUs use a similar monitor to an owlet. They switch the monitor sides daily to prevent any issues from constant use. 
Did it just pop up? Could have just been a little snug, or scratched him during the night. 
Could it be a scratch from toenails or fingernails? 
I’d switch the owlet to his other foot and just see what happens.

Owlets have been known to cause burns on babies, and they actually aren't safe for sleep. I've never had one but I've seen many stories of babies being hurt by them

Monitors that use the red lights can unfortunately cause burns on the skin and that’s what your babe’s mark looks like to me.
