I woke up this morning from a horrible dream...I dreamed that I had a miscarriage and I felt so empty I’m just idk what’s going on I’ve been having several bad dreams lately but this one really took the cake on them all. I’m so scared is this a sign at I worrying too much? I’m 13 weeks, 2 days.
