Ovulating on period

I would just like to ask a question I don’t know where to look for answers I just took a ovulation test just for no reason I am on the last day of my period so I’m spotting when I Peed in the cup there was leftover blood obviously I took the test anyways and the test came out positive I am confused can I ovulate right after A menstrual cycle or is it the blood in the urine causing the positive
