Screaming in sleep?!

We’ve been going through the awful sleep regression and short naps to boot...tonight she keeps screeeeeaming bloody murder but when I go in her room and pick her up, she falls back to sleep? I think she’s still sleeping? Idk what’s going on but I’m dead tired and I don’t want her to keep waking my son....

My daughter did this two days ago and it was scary. We couldn’t do anything to calm her. She often cries in her sleep which makes me sad but she can easily be rocked back to sleep during those times. Idk what the screaming was about. Makes you wonder what’s going on in their little bodies

My husband does this and sleep walks. It’s terrifying, but not dangerous as babies. 
I don’t know how to fix it. He’s 30 and ran out of the house screaming in a dead sleep at 5 am, out into the street before he woke up. 🙃🥲
I’ve disturbed his cycle at the wrong time multiple times and he’s just up and sprinted from me screaming like I’m trying to kill him. He wakes up completely confused and passes back out.

Might be night terrors. My baby does it sometimes but my toddler has them a lot more. He’ll start crying and once I get to him he’s fast asleep I’ll wake him and ask him if he’s ok and he’ll be so confused
