What sanitary product do you use for your period ?

This has been my question for a long time I’ve been using pads since I got my period but thinking about transitioning to a tampon

Normally tampons, but they’ve been leaking since giving birth. I had surgery yesterday so I am stuck with pads for the next six weeks (so this period and the next one) and I HATE it. I don’t understand how people use pads all the time.

After I had my first daughter I was not able to use tampons at all and I hated pads. So I switched to a cup and never looked back! It has made my period 1000x more tolerable and I never feel it. It’s been 2.5 years now!

i use depends the first 3 days of my cycle i have pcos so it really really heavy then i use a tampon   with a pantie liner
