Um.. what???

So long story short my baby girl has been on several different formulas bc she's been so fussy gassy and somewhad constipated. She has a few tests on Thursday to check bc she's been so fussy for the past few weeks. Well the gi doctor told me to give her prune juice up to 4-6 oz daily well I have her an ounce and a half. She loved it but it didn't love her. She screamed from gas pains yesterday and it was terrible. Still hasn't had a bowel movement since the day before yesterday. Fast forward to today I just woke up and realized I didn't have to make a bottle last night. SHE SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT. I have no clue if I should be worried or happy. She will be 3 months on the 10th. Please give me some peace of mind.. I wanna wake her up so bad but wanna give her the rest she needs.
