Are these tests known to give false positive?

I got this after 30 seconds not even 3 min and this appeared!

I had a positive like this Before and wasnt pregnant. I just had a dodgy test. But its not common to get false positives. 
Also read title of the group its a bit inconsiderate to people struggling
