Baby monitor. Nanit vs. Eufy

I need help. I dont know if we should go with a wifi monitor that connects to our phones like a nanit or a simpler one like the eufy. Im leaning towards nanit simply because it checks babies breathing and monitors sleeping patterns and temperature.
Has anyone tried either of these? Do experienced moms recommend wifi monitors?

We have the Nanit plus and so far it’s been great. Unless they have a newer model, you can only monitor breathing with their accessories that are sold separately (sleep sacks, bands, etc). The images are super clear at night and during the day. They have cute milestones in the app as well and will make little montage videos of baby wake ups every so often.
