Baby Safe Detergent Recommendations

Question

As a first time mom, I had no clue about the reviews on Dreft. I bought a bottle and family instantly shared the stories they've heard about Dreft. I did some research and apparently most recommended detergents are only sold on amazon. Looking for instore detergents so i can get to washing baby's clothes, as i am due in less than 2 weeks! thanks (:

This is sold in most stores and it’s a great nontoxic option. Grab Green is also sold in many stores and it’s nontoxic as well. 
If you have the EWG app you can quickly look up any detergent that you find in your local store to see which ones are considered nontoxic. Also, stores like Whole Foods or smaller local organic markets usually have a much better selection of nontoxic options. Most “free and clear” options won’t cause a rash so they’re okay for newborns, but they still often contain toxic ingredients.

I use this one,  purex baby detergent. It has a nice scent and so far no reactions from baby girl (4 days old) they also make a spray stain remover in same brand and smell.

There’s absolutely no reason to spend extra money on expensive “baby” detergents, anything that says free and clear is perfect

I love noodle and boo, I’ve gotten it from target and bbb in the past. My son has sensitive skin and pretty bad eczema and this doesn’t irritate at all.
