So my son just turned 5 months and I am exclusively breastfeeding/pumping while at work. So far, my period has not returned. With my first baby, I EBFed her and my period did it return until she was 14 months old when we started weaning down. However, I know each time is different. Yesterday, I spotted a tiny amount of red blood. Like, less than a dime sized amount. More like specks on the tp. I’m wondering if this is ovulation beginning or something else? I haven’t had any other signs that my period is coming. Has anyone else spotted while breastfeeding?
