IUD and UTI

I just got the Liletta IUD and I’ve had it for a month. And last week I started getting a UTI. I drink tons of water and I have a pretty good diet. I haven’t had sex in about a month and a half (dry spell ikr 😕). I haven’t used a new soap or anything. Has anyone with an IUD experienced a UTI? I haven’t gotten a UTI in over 7 years, so I’m confused if it’s the IUD or vitamins that I’m taking. I googled it and it basically said there hasn’t been correlations between the two.
