My daughter used one until 2. Her front teeth were pushed out a little because of her pacifier at night. It has been about 3 months and her teeth are already moving into place. Her dentist said it wasn’t a concern at all.

Had a pacifier with my son but only when he really needed it, he eventually let me know when he didn’t need it anymore and there were never any problems.
