Waking up late eating less
Hello Ladies,
I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and I have bad insomnia. I’ve been going to sleep around the hours of 2-4 am and wake up around 2 pm. I eat breakfast as soon as I get up and then I don’t have lunch/dinner till really late like between 6pm-12 am I know it’s bad to eat late but honestly just don’t have an appetite. Is this bad for my baby or will he/she be okay as long as I eat and take my vitamins. Any advice and help would be great this is my first pregnancy so I have a lot of questions and anxieties :)
