Newborn question
Hello everyone , I’m just curious if this is normal ? My 3 week old is not startled by noises at all. I clap and she doesn’t flinch or anything. She passes the newborn hearing test in the hospital so I know she can hear but still she doesn’t flinch at anything. Not when I have loud music on or when my husband and I talk really loud.
