I just want to say Naterra is the absolute worst!! For the amount of money you pay to have genetic testing done and no results, poor customer service is absolutely ridic!! That company makes so much money you would think they would have their shit together!! I had my blood drawn on the 19th and just now got an email they got my test!!! I've been calling everyday for the last week and everytime someone tells me something different. Not to mention the girl they sent to draw my blood smelled like a carton of cigarettes and being preggo w twins I was trying so hard not to gag from the smell! Ok vent over. Hopefully anyone who's used this company had a better experience!
