Fatigue
How are you dealing with this ladies?
Concentrating for an hour is now a strain. By lunchtime I’m desperate for a nap, and I used to actively hate napping! By 5 I’m ready for bed. And this is me sleeping 9 hours at night!
On Monday I’m back into work (no more wfh) and I have to wake up an hour earlier and won’t be able to nap at all and I don’t know how to cope!
If you’re in same boat or have any tips I’d love to hear from you! Everything I read is just like ‘it’s normal to get tired easily and feel exhausted’, but I’d love something practical!
