Does probiotics work for acid reflux?

My baby is 10 weeks and I’m not sure if he has acid reflux- but he seems to cry all the time whilst eating so will it hurt to try probiotic drops? I’ve also tried different formulas

Many babies with reflux issues have also problems with their gut bacteria. So yes, it will help in the long run, but it probably won't do much with the actual reflux symptoms.
Changing to amino-acid based formula or starting a nursing diet if you also breastfeed could help, since about 50% of reflux babies have cow's milk allergy.

It didnt help my girls reflux at all

It helped a bit for my baby, I used gerber soothe, it didn’t completely clear it and he had to go on medication but it helped his tummy and gas
