Strange Discharge - IUD

soooo I need some help. My body has been feeling kinda of weird since I've recently started being sexually active after a year of not doing anything. I have a mirena IUD (since I was 17, 19 now), and haven't experienced any problems with it. today while wiping I saw this... Is this something to be concerned about? Or am I just going crazy and spotting because my IUD makes my periods irregular? Any tips/help is greatly appreciated!!
