Rash in between breast

Hi guys!! so I’ve had this rash in between my breast for months now and it makes me feel so insecure, like I don’t wear shirts that show cleavage anymore because of this. I’m a presumably healthy 19 year old but have gained some weight recently. Please help! And let me know if you’ve had this and how you treated it!
