Looks positive! But blue dyes are evil! Try a digital or pink dye just to be sure!

The line is really thin and uneven. At the bottom I can see the dye sticking to the edge of the test strip but not the test strip itself. I'd suggest retesting with a pink dye. Either an 88 cent cheapie from Wally or a $1 test from the dollar tree. FRER seems to be having indent issues lately. Either way with the way the test strip looks, I'm not comfortable saying it's positive just yet. Fingers crossed it is.
