I need HELP. For the last week or so, my almost 3mo old has been busting her arm out of her swaddle sleep sack at night. When she does this, she sucks on her free hand and it wakes her up. I can get her to fall asleep with both arms in comfortably but then once she busts out I’m fighting her all night to sleep with both in. So basically she isn’t happy with her arms in and wakes up when her arm(s) is out. I’m ready to transition out of a swaddle altogether but how can I do that when she wakes up with free arms??

I bought one of those “love to dream” swaddles where her arms can be up yet contained, but it still pisses her off (I’m afraid I got it too big but I cannot spend more money on a damn swaddle and if I size down she’ll be out of it within weeks) My brain is spinning because I don’t know what to do and I’ve been up all night. Any advice is helpful, thank you!!!!!!!
