Opk test

So I got a positive on the all day the 4th (didn’t have sex) until 3:51 am on the 5th(today) when I got my strongest positive. 7:51 now it’s negative. I only had sex this morning at 3 am when I got the strongest positive. Now that it is negative 4 hours later does that mean I missed it? O day is supposed to be today
