Help idk what to do

I took a 6 day early test on Wednesday (12dpo) which came out positive (see all pics below) and everyday since Wednesday I’ve tested again and each test has come out slightly more fainter than the rest. Today is when my period is due and I’ve gone to wipe and there’s a bit of blood but not much! Has anyone had this happen to them? I’m so confused 🤷‍♂️
