HELP why won’t my baby sleep through the night anymore?!

My 4 mo son used to sleep through the night, sometimes even 12 hours! (7 pm to 7 am) he was such a good sleeper. Now, he keeps waking up once or twice a night. Anyone know why? Any tips?

It’s probably the 4 month sleep regression.  There are so many changes that effect sleep during the first couple years like several regressions, leaps, growth spurts, teething.  When you think you’ve got a routine, it will be totally thrown off.  Just have to try to be consistent with your routine and go with the flow.

Start of a regression. Although regressions are typically way more wake ups... when my daughter went through her 4 month regression, I only slept a total of 3 broken hours a night. 😭
