Symptoms after hsg

Hi everyone, I am wondering what your experiences were after an Hsg test. Mine was done on 2/19 and the doctor was not able to see whether or not my tubes were open due to the dye not going into my tubes but instead going all over the ventricles? Instead.

It has been 2 weeks since my test and I have been having some mild pain on both sides of my lower abdomen, mostly on my left. Now I am getting a sharp pain and sort of burning sensation? Has anyone experienced this? Does it have anything to do with the hsg test? Thanks for the insight!
