Movement in stomach (not pregnant)

I am completely at a lost as to what this could be. I noticed a few weeks ago on a trip out of town I had this very strong flutter/movement in my lower stomach. It lasted maybe a minute and happened about 5 times and hasn't happen since. So yesterday I feel this weird movement in my upper stomach which isn't painful at all but felt like something rolling around. It happened a few times then I fell asleep. Today it's been happening off and on all day and it's actually stronger than yesterday. I can actually see my stomach moving and can fell when my hand is on it. I don't wanna sound crazy so I'm wondering if any of y'all have ever had this happen and what was it??
