So my bf is super attached to his dog. The dog is 14 years old. She’s a basset hound. She’s pretty healthy to be as old as she is. She sleeps a lot. She’s still running and playing around. Let’s us know when she needs to go outside. She’s the best dog you could ask for. She’s incredibly spoiled by the boyfriend. She knows if she wines enough, he’ll give into whatever she wants. She sheds like crazy! And I mean she sheds!!! EVERYWHERE! I vacuum and sweep every other day due to all the hair on the floor. The bf sleeps with her in the bed. Not on it. But in it. Under the covers with her head on his pillow. She does move throughout the night. Usually into my leg area where I have to curl into ball as there is no room because my bf is taking up the other side of the bed. My boyfriend also sleeps with a high powered fan blowing right in our faces(which is actually nice). However. With all the hair in the bed, it’s irritating that there is constantly hair tickling my face and getting in my eyes or stuck to my lips when I go to bed with chapstick on. I hate having sex in the bed because there is hair all in it. It’s just nasty to me. I have expressed 100+ times to the bf that I never sleep comfortably(and I get up and go to work everyday). I hate the hair. I beg him to keep the dog out of the bed so we can have sex(our biggest argument for the past 2 days). He says I’m dramatic and complain all the time. Like, do I have a reason to be upset? Or should I just deal with it? Am I over reacting? I just don’t know what to do...
