I’m trying my best to gentle parent, I have a 2 week old and I realize that’s probably been very hard on him in more ways than I can see. But my 18 month old has been acting out and throwing things at me, it’s never directed at the baby but since I’m always holding her sometimes it does hit her. I feel like I have no control, I’ve yelled more than I like to admit.

I feel like he’s too young to understand punishments but every time I try to softly redirect him he screams and throws something else at me.

This is genuinely becoming a safety hazard, any advice?! I personally don’t believe in physical discipline for our family
