Nap time hell!

So I have a 6 month old who never naps! Like seriously I have done EVERYTHING! Followed cues played around with awake windows. Fed her before. Fed her while rocking her to sleep. Not fed her. Blacked out the room. Left a little light in the room. White noise EVERY SINGLE THING. And she will not nap unless I hold her! I can’t do that I have another kid to tend to.... How can I get this baby to nap. I am going insane! She sleeps great at night 12 hours straight no issues but naps..... Naps are a whole different story. 😭😭😭😭
