do you see weight loss/definition?
this is about a 6 month difference but i weigh the same in both photos. i’m 5’8 and 147lbs for reference. i’m also on my period in the photo on the right so there’s a little bloat. i’ve been doing indoor spin/cycling classss for a week and burn about 450 calories each class, and also trying to stay below 1400 calories day to get to my goal weight of 135. weight loss is not my priority, gaining strength and muscle is! but it’s hard for me to see if there’s a big difference in these photos due to body image issues
