Breastfeeding

How can i keep my baby boy awake while breastfeeding he always falls asleep when there isnt a constant flow, once the flow stops and he has to work for it he goes to sleep and if he falls off the nipple he gets grumpy and cries for it again and again and again 🤦🏽‍♀️ soo close to giving up and pumping but id rather keep breastfeeding if i can!

He’s almost 6 weeks and most of the time he is breastfeed with top ups of formula if needed to make sure he gets enough
