I exclusively breast feed my 3 month old baby girl until recently I have started giving her bottle at night and once in a day. But every time she starts starts drinking from bottle, she poops but she doesn’t poop during Breast feeding her. There would be 2-3 dirty diapers everyday with exclusive breast feeding and now it’s 4-5 dirty diapers with bottle.

I use either freshly expressed milk or 1-2 month old frozen stash. I mean I feel like it’s the bottle or expressed milk causing to poop. She has gas problem but I give her gripe water and I use anti colic bottles.

Has anyone experienced the same? Is it even a problem? 😩
