BBT or OPK
Hello ladies needing help with this. Last month I got a positive opk on cd 19. This month I haven’t got a positive opk yet. But this morning while doing my bbt orally I noticed it had risen to 97.75. Not sure what exactly is correct. Below is my charts and unfortunately we only bd on the 4th and in the morning on the 6th (today). What do you find more accurate?
