TTC and infertility

My husband and I have been ttc for two years with no results. Last month we met with a fertility doc who informed us that we have critically low sperm count (1 mil vs 60-70 mil) and has put my husband on medication to increase his count and motility.

My cycle was to start last Saturday. I had light bleeding and spotting when I am normally a very heavy flow. I have taken maybe 7 pregnancy tests in the last 9 days with the most recent one today. A week past my cycle due date. All negative.

Has this happened to anyone else??

I just want my body to tell me yes or no. I want my body to say "oops, we forgot this month" or something because my anxiety cannot handle this "maybe" nonsense.
