I still can't come to terms with me getting pregnant. It feels like a dream. I'm due November 4th. My first ultrasound is on the 16th....

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like this is a dream or their body is playing some kind of sick joke on them.

I finally got some dark lines after I went to get my hcg tested. It was only a 70 but I'm sure it's raising.
