What could be wrong with me?

Question

My period is 5 days late. Cheap pregnancy test that I bought on Amazon comes up negative. Last period was 9 days long. Last 2 cycles were 26 days when usually I’m around 30 days. My breasts are sore and my lower back is aching.
What’s wrong with me? Please help!

Just sounds like normal progesterone symptoms. If pregnancy tests are negative and period is late it’s due to late ovulation or no ovulation. I’d assume you ovulated since your having symptoms. You just probably ovulated later than predicted. You should use opks to pinpoint surge and temp to actually confirm ovulation. Then you will know true ovulation date and when period is truly due

Try tracking ovulation. Thats really how to tell when you're due. Your luteal phase stays the same. So if you track with opks and/or bbt to know when you ovulated (which can be any cycle day), and learn what your luteal phase is (12-15 days for most people), then you can better predict your period.
