I have had brown spotting, cramping and nausea. I was supposed to start my period (one tracker says the 4th and the others say the 6th) and they are usually horrible due to adenomyosis/endometriosis, so I started taking advil for the cramps. I tested today as I am 14DPO and the test was negative. Should I expect a period or wait to test if it never comes. Super nervous because I have miscarried before and because I have been taking Advil.
